Patients with Green Card must apply to our faculty with Green Card Referral Documents (must have Referral Number) that they will receive from ADSM (Şahinbey / Şehitkamil Oral and Dental Health Centre).
- Attention to patients with SSI;
SSK, Bağ-Kur, Retirement Fund, etc. Patients subject to any of the institutions can enter with the Republic of Turkey Identity Card (must have Turkish ID Number).
- Attention to foreign national patients;
Foreign (Syrian) patients must apply to our faculty with the Referral Documents (must have Referral Number) they will receive from ADSM (Şahinbey / Şehitkamil Oral and Dental Health Centre).
- Attention to patients with Overseas Insurance;
Patients subject to Overseas Insurance must apply to our faculty with YUPASS (Overseas Provision Activation and Health System) Documents.

How can I make an appointment to the Faculty of Dentistry?
- The examination and treatment procedures of our faculty will be given by appointment system. Except for emergencies, patients will not be accepted without an appointment.
- The Department of Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology (First Examination) will perform examination and treatment procedures with the online appointment system, and other departments will perform examination and treatment procedures with appointments to be given by the secretariats of the relevant department.
- Examination and treatment of individuals under 14 years of age are performed in the Department of Pedodontics.
- Patients with green card and other patients requiring referral should get their referrals from the relevant institutions.
- Appointments are not given on weekends and public holidays.
- Maximum one (1) relative of our patients who come with a companion will be accepted to our institution as a companion.
Which patients are prioritised at the Faculty of Dentistry?
- Patients over 65 years of age,
- Patients with disabilities,
- Staff of the organisation,
- Veterans, relatives of martyrs,
- Child patients aged 0-7 years,
- Independence Medal holders,
- Pregnant,
- Referred patients from outside the province,
- Organ transplant patients are given priority.
